A: The Works includes:

Booking & Access

Q: How do I book a conference room?

A: All conference room bookings must be made through ButterflyMX, our cloud-based reservation system. Bookings are available for:

  • 42 Broadway Conference Center

  • Conference Rooms and Podcast Studio at 45 Broadway

Note: Only tenants with ButterflyMX access can make bookings.

Q: Is there a fee to use the conference rooms?

A: Yes, conference rooms are billed hourly. Charges are tracked and invoiced via ButterflyMX/Tenant Services. Lounge areas remain free for enrolled users.

Q: How does my company gain access to ButterflyMX?

A: Each company must designate an Admin to manage bookings. The Admin can:

  • Register using the provided form

  • Book rooms for the company

  • Invite team members

  • Manage permissions and monitor usage

Q: Who should be designated as our Admin?

A: Ideally, a primary office manager, executive assistant, or operations lead—someone responsible for internal logistics or approvals.

Q: How do employees book rooms after the Admin is set up?

A: Once added by the Admin, employees will receive an email invite. They can then:

  • Download the ButterflyMX app

  • Log in and book available conference rooms
    (Admins can update the team list at any time.)

Usage Policies

Q: What is the cancellation policy?

A: Cancel conference room bookings via the ButterflyMX portal at least 2 hours in advance to avoid charges.

Q: Can I just walk into a conference room?

A: No. All conference room usage requires advance booking through ButterflyMX to ensure fair access and availability.

Q: Is the lounge at 45 Broadway open to everyone?

A: Yes. The lounge and business center at 45 Broadway are open-access and free for all enrolled tenants—no reservation needed.
